She is incredibly caring and has a way of making every class feel tailored to how I'm feeling that day. Beyond the wonderful yoga practice she has been so accommodating with scheduling which has been a lifesaver during a busy pregnancy. Radhika has a very good understanding of a pregnant body and tunes the class according to your needs. Radhika is an amazing teacher who is also quite invested in the well-being of students. That helps to create an atmosphere of comfort and ease when attending the classes. The classes are very well structured in terms of poses and meditation, but at the same time she is also open to add poses as per the specific needs of the students. Loved that she keeps some important asanas same always in each class and changes some, that maintains newness while also helping when you practice at home on days when there are no classes! Overall, it has been a great experience attending the prenatal classes!
