Yogisoul (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a yoga practice operated by Radhika Jhaver. Our website is yogisoul.yoga.

2. What we collect

We may collect:

  • Email address — when you request a free guide or purchase a class pack.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details.
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how our site is used.
  • Cookie data — session and preference cookies; no third-party tracking cookies without consent.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver free guides and paid digital content you purchased.
  • To send transactional emails (access links, receipts).
  • To respond to your enquiries.
  • To improve our website and class offerings.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Email communications

When you provide your email address to receive a free guide, we may also send occasional emails about new classes, resources, and offers relevant to your practice stage. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the footer of each email. Transactional emails (such as your access link) cannot be opted out of.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep our site functioning and analytics cookies (via Google Tag Manager / GTM) to understand traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent.

6. Third-party services

We use the following trusted services:

  • Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • AWS S3 / CloudFront — secure digital content delivery.
  • Neon — database hosting (EU & US regions, SOC 2).
  • Google Tag Manager — analytics tag management.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

7. Data retention

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see section 9).

8. Security

Digital content is delivered via time-limited, signed links. We use HTTPS throughout. Access credentials are never stored in plain text.

9. Your rights

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
